Excellant Customer Service

Staff were quick to respond and assisted me with the replacement of a new wallet.

When there was a problem with the shipping partner DHL, she again got back to me right away and shipped the replacement a second time via UPS two day service and I got it right away.

Great customer service, when I need another wallet I will purchase another Ridge product as it's a great company who put the customer first.

Finally!!!

Bought this for my husband who has always had an issue carrying a traditional wallet. This is compact and contains everything he needs. Easy to use and best of all it doesn’t weigh his pants down and he can carry in his front pocket. Now I need one!
