Have yet to need it, but I'm happy to have it handy for any day-to-day needs. The opening and closing is smooth, and the lock works simply and effectively. Having already owned a wallet and a key case in basecamp orange, it was nice to complete the set.

Great knife, sturdy and reliable, was able to escape the bounds my captures and field dress an elk i rode to freedom then betrayed.
There was a problem at my local post office. When the knife arrived, they returned it to Ridge rather than deliver it to me, just before Christmas. Ridge stuck with it and kept me well-informed about the reshipment.
The knife was a gift for my son. He has wanted a Ridge knife for a long time and was thrilled with it. He is a Flyers fan and his knife and Ridge wallet are in matching
flyers' orange.
